Touring Grant

The Touring Grant encourages national and international car and motorcycle clubs, cycling touring groups and other touring events to host their next event in Tasmania.

Funding is based on the number of room nights spent by participants in commercial accommodation in Tasmania, as per the Touring Grant Scale given below.

The event must attract a minimum of 15 visitors staying a combined 150 bed nights in commercial accommodation (e.g. 15 interstate/international visitors to Tasmania staying 10 nights; 25 people for 6 nights, etc).

After the event is completed, the event organisers must complete a Statutory Declaration Form (provided by Events Tasmania) verifying the event visitor data from the event.
