Events Tasmania Scholarship to ACEM 2010.
The Events Tasmania Scholarship is offered again this year for two Tasmanian event organisers to update their skills and knowledge through attendance at the Australian Centre for Event Management.
The Executive Certificate in Event Management course is held in association with the Centre for Tourism and Services Research, Victoria University and will be held from 28th June - Thursday 1st July 2010 in Melbourne.
Travel and accommodation expenses are to be covered by the applicant.
Eligibility
- The 2010 Events Tasmania Scholarship to the ACEM Executive Certificate in Events Management is open to Tasmanian residents working in the events industry.
- Applicants must be employed by, or act in an official volunteer capacity with, an incorporated event organisation. They must obtain a Letter of Support from their Board or Committee of Management that confirms support for the applicant undertaking the course, details of the benefits to the organisation if the applicant is successful, and confirms study support to be provided to the applicant.
